I’m canceling the gloves sewing class today. Next class will be on Feb 7th, and then on Feb 21st. Both classes we will make monster backpack cookie monsters!

I’m teaching sewing classes at HM157!
Sunday School at the Church of Fashion starts December 13th! There will be beginner to intermediate sewing classes every other Sunday taught by me :) First class is curly-toed X-mas stockings ::
We will make these super cute, Tim Burton-y stockings from scratch with mostly recycled materials. Students will be offered guidance in hand and machine sewing. Future classes will cover pattern making, knock-offs, and group projects!

First day working at Lip Service!
So I finally started my job at Lip Service today, yay! I didn’t really get to start doing work though, I was just kinda there…but my title is Production Assistant :) I will mostly help ensure all the fabrics and trims are correct, and also put new purchase orders into the system. I already did most of the flat sketches in the line sheets in my internship there, so that made it less overwhelming to differentiate between the ~50 trims and hardware with slight differences.
